Alex is a true Nashvillan! Alex attended University School of Nashville until the 8th grade and graduated from Father Ryan High. In addition to being an all around athlete, he also participated in a myriad of community service and church-related activities as a youngster. Alex continued his higher education at University of Tennessee, majoring in Sports Management and graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Alex soon put his degree to work with Vanderbilt University in Nashville as their Manager of Major Revenue Sports, in charge of game day activities for football, baseball, basketball and a variety of other sports. Alex soon realized that his blood ran the color of real estate following in the tradition of his mother and grandfather. He joined Colley Real Estate in 2001 and moved out on his own with Keller Williams Realty in 2006. In his relatively short tenure with Keller Williams, Alex quickly stepped up to bat serving on the Advisory Leadership Council for the Green Hills office as well as the Growth Committee. Alex has proven his sales ability as a Top Producer, consistently ranking in the Top 5 of all agents in our KW office, which is one of the most productive offices in the entire city of Nashville under any Realty banner. Alex's approach to business is intellectual in many ways and intuitive in others. He has attended Rapport Leadership International as well as graduating from the Core Training recently. He combines the acquired knowledge and sales techniques with an instinctive feel for how to help people buy and sell what is normally their largest financial asset. He always conducts his business with an eye to "doing the right thing" and always what is best for his clients. One of Alex's mottos is "Let's make it happen!" Alex's professional commitment is mirrored in his involvement in the industry's association of realtors. He has participated in and chaired many committees for the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, including the Special Events Committee, the Awards Committee, the Membership Committee, the Young Realtors committee, the Habitat for Humanity effort as well as participation in the Top Producer Panelist Discussions (chosen from over 4000 participants) and has been a Gold Award Winner of Excellence for the past 4 years running. Alex has served with the Tenneessee Association of Realtors on the Leadership Board, as well as held positions as the Assistant Sergeant at Arms as well as his current position as Sergeant at Arms. Alex has served on the University of Tennessee Alumni Board as well as the Father Ryan Alumni Board. He volunteered as a Lacrosse Varsity Coach for Father Ryan, currently serves as a Adult Leader and Mentor for the Catholic Youth Organization, participated in the Tomorrow Fund, the Phoenix Club, Nashville Young Leaders and the Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce. Alex makes his home in Green Hills with his beautiful wife, Elizabeth, their seven year old, Abby, their 18 month old, Palmer, their newborn son, Tucker, and super friendly dog, Reece. |
